100 g Reis
2 rote Paprikaschoten
¼ weiße Zwiebel
3 EL Mais
3 EL Paprikamark
2 EL Olivenöl
2 Stängel Petersilie
Paprikapulver, mild
Salz
Reis entsprechend der Packungsbeschreibung garkochen.
Zwiebel feinhacken, Paprikaschote fein würfeln und mit Mais in einer mit Öl erhitzten Pfanne andünsten.
Etwas Wasser hinzugeben, auf niedriger Stufe 10 Minuten köcheln lassen.
Reis abgießen und mit Paprikamark in die Pfanne geben. Mit Gewürzen abschmecken, kurz aufkochen.
Petersilie feinhacken und mit Paprika-Reis anrichten.
