150 g gemischtes Müsli
70 g Heidelbeeren
1 Banane
1 Kiwi
100 ml Hafermilch
1TL Sonnenblumenkerne
Müsli in der Hafermilch aufweichen.
Banane in Scheiben, Kiwi in kleine Stücke schneiden, mit dem Müsli vermengen.
Heidelbeeren und Sonnenblumenkerne darüber verteilen.
