ZUTATEN (2 PERSONEN)
250 g Traubenzucker
300 g Mehl
15 g Kakao
150 g Margarine
150 ml Milch
3 TL Backpulver
3 Eier
Margarine mit Traubenzucker schaumig rühren.
Nacheinander Eier, Mehl, Backpulver und Milch hinzugeben.
Teig in zwei Hälften teilen, eine Hälfte mit Kakao verrühren.
Kuchenform einfetten, nacheinander den hellen und dunklen Teig hineingeben.
Eine Gabel spiralförmig durch beide Teigschichten ziehen.
Im vorgeheizten Backofen 60 Minuten bei 180 °C backen.
