400 ml Wasser
Olivenöl
Mehl in einer Schüssel vermengen, nach und nach das Wasser einrühren und zu einem festen Teig verarbeiten.
Teig in 12 Teile portionieren und auf einer mit Mehl bestäubten Arbeitsfläche hauchdünn ausrollen.
Portionsweise in einer mit Öl erhitzten Pfanne beidseitig backen.
