ZUTATEN (2 PERSONEN)
1 Kakifrucht
100 g Pflücksalat
1 Granatapfel
½ Avocado
2 EL Walnüsse
4 EL Sesamöl
1 Apfelsine
2 EL Zitronensaft
1 TL Honig
Salz
Pfeffer
Walnüsse grob hacken und in einer fettfreien Pfanne anrösten.
Kaki waschen, quer fein aufschneiden, vierteln und Kerne entfernen.
Salat putzen, in kleinere Stücke zupfen, waschen, trockentupfen.
Granatapfel halbieren und die Kerne herauspulen.
Avocado schälen und in Scheiben schneiden.
Für das Dressing Apfelsine auspressen und Saft mit Zitronensaft, Honig und Öl verquirlen.
Mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken.
Salat in einer Schüssel anrichten, Dressing und Walnüsse darüber verteilen.
