1 Apfelsine
100 g Rucola
25 g Pecorino am Stück
2 EL Apfelessig
4 EL Olivenöl
1 EL Honig
Salz
Pfeffer
Granatapfel halbieren und die Kerne herauspulen.
Apfelsine filetieren und in kleinere Stücke schneiden.
Rucola grob zerteilen.
Pecorino hobeln.
Olivenöl mit Essig, Honig, Salz und Pfeffer verrühren.
Den Salat mit Dressing und Pecorino anrichten.
