1 Aubergine
1 Zucchini
5 Kartoffeln
2 Fleischtomaten
2 Knoblauchzehen
120 g Gouda, geraspelt
4 EL Olivenöl
Kräuter der Provence
Salz
Pfeffer
Kartoffeln schälen und 15 Minuten in Salzwasser vorkochen.
Kartoffeln, Aubergine, Tomaten und Zucchini in Scheiben schneiden.
Das Gemüse reihenweise in eine mit Öl ausgestrichene Auflaufform setzen.
Gewürze, restliches Öl und Käse darüber verteilen.
Im Backofen 30 Minuten bei 190 °C garen bis der Käse etwas gebräunt ist.
