1 Zitrone
Pfeffer
Salz
Salat putzen und waschen, mit Kichererbsen vermengen.
Apfelsine und Avocado in mundgerechte Stücke schneiden.
Kichererbsen abtropfen lassen, mit Apfelsine und Avocado zum Salat geben.
Zitrone auspressen, mit Salz und Pfeffer würzen und mit Salat vermengen.
Salat mit Joghurt anrichten.
