400 g Farfalle, glutenfrei
1 Mozzarella
1 kleiner Bund Petersilie
50 g Gouda, gerieben
½ TL Schwarzkümmel
4 EL Olivenöl
Pfeffer
Mozzarella in kleine Würfel, Petersilie kleinschneiden.
Ausreichend Wasser im Topf erhitzen und 2 EL Olivenöl hinzugeben.
Nudeln ins kochende Wasser geben – Kochdauer und Wassermenge lt. Packungsbeilage.
Nudeln abgießen, abtropfen lassen und mit 2 EL Olivenöl vermengen.
Nudeln auf einen tiefen Teller geben, mit Mozzarella, Petersilie, Pfeffer und Schwarzkümmel garnieren.
