ZUTATEN (2 PERSONEN)
200 g Kokosmehl
400 g Dinkelmehl
30 g Weinsteinbackpulver
600 ml Wasser
3 EL Kokosöl
2 TL Salz
Mehl mit Weinsteinbackpulver und Salz mischen, nach und nach Wasser und Öl einrühren.
Zu einem glatten Teig verarbeiten und in eine eingefettete Kastenform geben.
Im vorgeheizten Backofen bei 200 °C ca. 50 Minuten backen. Zwischendurch mit etwas Wasser bestreichen.
In der Backform 20 Minuten abkühlen lassen, dann auf ein Gitter stürzen und auskühlen lassen.
