ZUTATEN (2 PERSONEN)
Die Röschen vom Strunk abschneiden und im Topf ca 10 Minuten kochen, danach im Standmixer cremig mixen.
Mit 2 EL Wasser zurück in den Topf geben, auf kleiner Stufe köcheln lassen.
Créme fraîche und Gewürze unterrühren.
Zucchini in kleine Stückchen schneiden und mit etwas Wasser in einem Topf kurz andünsten.
Suppe auf vorgewärmte Teller geben, mit Zucchinistückchen, Gouda und Pfeffer anrichten.
