ZUTATEN (2 PERSONEN)
100 g Bärlauchblätter
40 g Walnüsse
40 g Parmesan, gerieben
100 ml Olivenöl
1 Schuss Balsamico-Essig
Salz
Pfeffer
Walnüsse feinhacken und in einer Pfanne ohne Fett kurz anrösten, dann etwas abkühlen lassen.
Bärlauch in Streifen schneiden.
Alle Zutaten in ein hohes Gefäß geben und mit einem Stabmixer pürieren bis die gewünschte Pesto-Konsistenz erreicht ist.
