ZUTATEN (2 PERSONEN)
200 g Spinat
50 g Pistazienkerne
50 g Schafskäse
1 Avocado
1 Apfelsine
½ Granatapfel
5 EL Olivenöl
Pfeffer
Spinat putzen und waschen, im Sieb abtropfen lassen und in eine Salatschüssel geben.
Apfelsine in kleine Stückchen schneiden.
Avocado halbieren, Kern entfernen.
Avocadohälften aus der Schale entnehmen und in Streifen schneiden.
Kerne aus dem Granatapfel lösen, Schafskäse zerbröseln.
Spinat mit Olivenöl vermengen.
Alle weiteren Zutaten hinzugeben und unterheben.
